IMPROVE MOOD IN THE GREEN ROOM

Research team from Essex University England said " we prefer spend much time in the green open room like garden or park. Activities that we can do are like as walking, gardening, biking or mild exercise. Those all can improve our mood.

Jules Pretty and Jo Barton who lead this research said that they to made research over to 1.252 people based on vary by age, gender and mental health status. then they analize people activities during in the green room, the result was shown positive effect for confident of people who make activities in the green room althought it does only five minutes a day.
